These reports are available for more advanced users of
the data who are interested in comparing multiple years
of information for several schools or districts.
You will be able to…
- Find selected Report Card data for more
than one Ohio school district or building
- Find the "numbers behind the data"
- Print standard reports and graphs
- Download or save the reports on your
computer
Running a report is generally a three step process:
- Select the type of report in which you are interested. Reports are categorized
based on their content, such as "Proficiency Tests" or "Student
Attendance". Clicking on a report category will take you to a list
of reports.
- Select the report you which to run. Reports are named to indicate their content
and level of detail, e.g. whether the data is presented at
district or building level, or whether the data can be
disaggregated by student demographic attributes (e.g. race or gender). Clicking
on a report name will launch
the report.
- Answer the report's prompts. Most reports will prompt you for some
qualifying
information, such as the school year(s) and district(s) you want
to see on the report. Answer these prompts for information by
making selections from a list box. When you have made at least one
selection for each prompt, click the "Execute Report" button to
run the report.
Click the "Begin" button to launch the
Interactive Reports application, which will open in a new browser
window.
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 8 as your web browser, the interactive reports may not
display correctly unless you click the “Compatibility View” button, located on the right side of the address bar.
